Our exceptional Digital Delivery Practice provides our clients with a scalable agile delivery capability designed to accelerate their digital transformation journey. We provide specialists across the full product lifecycle, from conception to reality, to co-create exceptional user experiences, launch innovative products, and enter new markets by leveraging our deep global capabilities.

This is a pivotal role that will help people in their everyday lives. You will be responsible for designing the services that will help users manage their interactions with government departments through digital services.

The services that you design will cover a wide range of topics and users, so you will need to be user- focused and know how to design with the user in mind.

Recent times have taught us that working remotely is a successful way of collaborating, but on occasion you will be asked to attend other locations in the UK for short periods.

What you’ll do

  • Work collaboratively with user researchers, interaction designers, service designers and performance analysts as well as with software developers, policy, and legal teams to produce outstanding digital services
  • Deliver world-class, user-centred services that help transform the way services are used so that they are more efficient, simpler, faster, and easier to use
  • Lead design on easy-to-use, accessible services whilst maintaining a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives
  • Bridge cross organisational boundaries to help make designs a success
  • Lead the design perspective in discussions with teams and stakeholders, highlighting opportunities to establish benchmarks and to identify measures to track the impact of changes

What you’ll need

  • Experience creating high-quality service design deliverables, including personas, experience maps, insights packs, user flow maps, and service blueprints
  • Ability to thrive in highly complex service areas 
  • Ability to establish and communicate design solutions that fulfil user needs and business objectives
  • Experience visualising whole, end-to-end services across multiple business areas and government departments
