I am delighted to invite you as my guest to a very special E2E Leaders Breakfast at the House of Lords on Tuesday 29th November in partnership with IWG Plc and co-hosted by Lord Bilimoria CBE, DL.
Our special guest speaker is Avnish Goyal CBE, Chairman of industry-leading care provider, Hallmark Care Homes, which he founded with his brothers in 1997.
Over the last 25 years the company has won numerous awards for delivering outstanding care and for building some of the best care homes in the country. With a net worth of over £400 million, Hallmark Care Homes Group is comprised of over 2 thousand employees.
Avnish is proud to be the Chair of Care England, the largest representative body for the care sector as well as an Advisory Board Director and Ambassador of E2Exchange.
He is also Patron of The Care Workers’ Charity, as well as, an Ambassador of the Alzheimer’s Society.
In 2010 Avnish set up the Hemraj Goyal Foundation in memory of his late father, supporting charities on issues such as trafficking, menstrual dignity, empowerment of women and education of children from disadvantaged backgrounds both in the UK and abroad. Avnish was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Birthday Honours in June 2022.
I am thrilled that I will be co-hosting the breakfast with Lord Bilimoria CBE, DL, Co-founder of Cobra Beer, Chancellor of Birmingham University, Vice President of the CBI (Confederation of British Industry) and E2E Founding Board Member.

She was an Investment Director at LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyd’s Banking Group and held finance related roles at Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust, Natwest Bank and Coopers & Lybrand.
Richard Morris

Richard is the CEO of IWG UK. He joined in 2014 following his role as CEO of G4S’s UK & Ireland Division. IWG UK is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions offering a fast growing global network of 3,000 locations in 120 countries. Since joining, Richard has consistently delivered year on year growth for Regus’ UK division.
Lord Karan Bilimoria CBE DL

Karan Bilimoria is the founder of Cobra Beer, Chairman of the Cobra Beer Partnership Limited, a Joint Venture with Molson Coors, and Chairman of Molson Coors Cobra India. In the Monde Selection, one of the most prestigious quality awards in the world for beer, the Cobra range have collectively been awarded a total of 128 Gold and Grand Gold medals since 2001, making it one of the most awarded beers in the world.
Lord Bilimoria is the Founding Chairman of the UK India Business Council, a Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London, a former Chancellor of Thames Valley University (now the University of West London); he was the youngest University Chancellor in the UK when appointed. Karan was a former Senior Non-Executive Director of the Booker Group now TESCO PLC (2007-2016); he is one of the first two visiting entrepreneurs at the University of Cambridge; he is a founding member of the Prime Minister of India’s Global Advisory Council. In 2006, Karan Bilimoria was appointed the Lord Bilimoria of Chelsea, making him the first ever Zoroastrian Parsi to sit in the House of Lords. In 2008 he was awarded the Pravasi Bharti Samman by the President of India. He is an Honorary Fellow of Sidney Sussex College Cambridge and was Chair of the Advisory Board of the Judge Business School, Cambridge University from 2015-2020 and subsequently appointed as an Honorary Ambassador. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young and graduated in law from the University of Cambridge. He is also an alumnus through executive education of the Cranfield School of Management, the London Business School and the Harvard Business School. In July 2014, he was installed as the seventh Chancellor of the University of Birmingham, making him the first Indian-born Chancellor of a Russell Group University in Great Britain, and he is the President of the UK Council
