Anne Boden

Anne Boden is the Founder and CEO of Starling Bank, a British digital challenger online-only bank which focuses on current and business account products. A computer scientist by training, Anne saw earlier than others in the industry the potential for digital technology to revolutionize the way people and small businesses do their banking.
With the team at Starling, she built an app from scratch to help customers manage their finances in real-time. Her vision is to improve banking for all and to build Starling into a global brand. Starling has received over £75M investment from Harald McPike and has since raised over £263M from the company’s over 275,000 customers.
Prior to starting Starling Bank in 2014, Anne had a corporate career spanning over 30 years in traditional banking at some of the world’s best-known financial heavyweights. She sits on the board of UK Finance and is an adviser to the Board of Trade. She was awarded an MBE for services to financial technology in 2018.

Richard is the CEO of IWG UK. He joined in 2014 following his role as CEO of G4S’s UK & Ireland Division. Since joining, Richard has consistently delivered year on year growth for Regus’ UK division.
