We are delighted to host the inaugural E2E – Qintess Leadership Dinner Series that starts with an Exclusive Round Table Private Dinner at the The Arts Club in London on Monday 5th December at 6.30pm. Shalini is also a Deal Maker for the UK Government, a Member of the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board, a Fellow of Burton & South Derbyshire College and a Judge for The Great British Entrepreneurial Awards. Before establishing E2E, Shalini co-founded the world’s first bank to bank trade finance platform. She was an Investment Director at LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyd’s Banking Group and held finance related roles at Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust, Natwest Bank and Coopers & Lybrand.

Breno Silva is an innovative executive with a proven experience in developing sales and teams in international markets. He is the EMEA Managing Director of Qintess, a global tech company, recognized as top ten tech company in Brazil and one of the largest in South America.
As Managing Director, leads the company’s international expansion. Breno has overseen the growth of Qintess in Europe, and its global expansion, including the establishment of the officesin Europe and the USA.
Breno is also the Chairman of Lide in the UK, a global organization that brings together executives from the most varied sectors to strengthen the free initiative of economic and social development. An active angel investor, Breno holds positions as advisor for startups globally and act as a board member of Solstic Advisors a boutique investiment bank from Brazil.
