As the Founder and Managing Director of JoJo Maman Bébé, Laura has grown the company organically from its start-up in 1993 to become the UK’s foremost niche multi-channel specialist in the pregnancy and baby market with £60m+ turnover. Offering fashionable maternity wear, a Breton inspired children’s collection and original nursery products, gifts and toys; JoJo offers everything you need from pregnancy to pre-school.

Aji Issac Mathew is Co-founder & CEO of Indus Net TechShu, a 750+ digital team. It is one of the largest teams in digital marketing space and a Google Premier Partner. Indus Net TechShu has clientele from small to large scale industries including HP, Uber, Tesco, Unilever, Ageas and 100s of SMEs.
With 15 years’ experience of high end digital success, Aji’s also a senior member of WebMasterWorld.com, Moz, and an author at Entrepreneur.com. Aji is also a visiting faculty to top Indian and International business schools including XLRI, IIFT, UPD.edu. He started his first venture when he was in college. Aji worked in the product and service industry before starting his own digital agency TechShu, where Shu means reciprocity, “creating Tech as you would have done for yourself”.

Richard is the CEO of IWG UK. He joined in 2014 following his role as CEO of G4S’s UK & Ireland Division. Since joining, Richard has consistently delivered year on year growth for Regus’ UK division.

Russell Dalgleish is a Serial Scottish Entrepreneur and Investor, Strategist, Innovator, and Business Coach. He has focused his energies on driving international growth for business in the SME sector. Since 1999, Russell has run successful companies in the technology, engineering, energy, electronics, entertainment, and professional services sectors. He has experience starting, building, growing and exiting businesses in the UK and US.
His core areas of focus are: leadership, value creation, and strategic thinking. Russell is a regular speaker at events on leadership in business and has spoken at conferences from Los Angeles to Abu Dhabi. Currently, he is the Founder & Managing Partner of the consultancy Exolta Capital Partners.
