About the Event
Join us at this exclusive private dinner with our guest speaker ‘Manchester’s club king’ and ‘Night Tsar’ Sacha Lord, Co-founder of seminal Manchester club night The Warehouse Project and Parklife, the UK’s largest metropolitan festival.
Sacha is a familiar face to many in Manchester’s music scene and entrepreneurial community alike, repeatedly voted in the Top 10 Most Influential Mancunians. Partner this with other ventures elsewhere, such as Hideout Festival in Croatia and Kendal Calling, and Sacha Lord’s sphere of influence appears ever-expanding.
He was also appointed Night Time Economy Adviser for Greater Manchester in 2018 by Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham, drawing on his 25 years experience in the sector, providing a voice for workers, operators and the industry as a whole.
As a valued E2E guest, you will also be able to connect with our co-hosts: Richard Morris, CEO of IWG UK, the world’s largest serviced office supplier and Shalini Khemka, E2E’s Founder and CEO, Deal Maker for the UK Government’s Department of International Trade and a Member of the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board.
The evening is a valuable opportunity to share your business challenges with like-minded entrepreneurs who have been there and done it and come away with new strategies that you can action to get ahead with your growth plans.
Meet your Speaker
Co-founder of Parklife Manchester Limited & The Warehouse Project (the biggest club night in the UK), Night Time Economy Adviser for Greater Manchester
Growing up in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, Sacha left Manchester Grammar School with two Us and an E at A-level. He then began – and then swiftly departed – jobs working on market stalls in Manchester and Liverpool. Two decades later, he holds one of the most prominent positions in the North, advising directly into Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester, and has founded some of the biggest and best music events in Europe – The Warehouse Project and Parklife festival.
Parklife is a weekend that has become the nation’s largest metropolitan festival, hosting some of the biggest names in music, including Snoop Dogg, Liam Gallagher and Skepta.
The annual festival employs over 4,500 people over the weekend and brings more than £10million into the local economy. Each year, it raises over £100k for the Parklife Community Foundation, that is distributed to help local causes.
