John McGlynn

Serial Entrepreneur & Investor, Founder – Storage Vault

John founded his first business from the law school library aged 21 and has degrees in Accounts and Law and has studied at Harvard Business School.

Over the last 25 years, he has set up over 70 new ventures mainly in the car parking and property sectors.

The successful formula has revolved around the partnership model between property companies and operating companies allowing real specialisation in the respective teams that enhances overall group returns. He is currently the Founder and £50m investor in Storage Vault, the UK-leading reliable self-storage unit company.

Lawson Muncaster

Co-founder & Managing Director – City AM

Lawson Muncaster is one of the founders of City A.M., Britain’s most widely-read free daily business newspaper, and has been managing director of the paper since its inception in 2005. In that time, the paper has grown in circulation, influence, and profitability.

A native of Irvine, Scotland, his extensive media career began at Scottish TV in 1988 and was followed by a move to London, where he worked for Eurosport. He was promoted to UK sales director for Eurosport, before becoming a sales director with an outdoor advertising company, Mills and Allen, in 1997. He moved back to television in 1999, joining the cable network CNN as sales director covering the UK and Scandinavia. Prior to the foundation of City A.M., he was vice-president of global sales for the free newspaper group, Metro International.

Arti Poddar-Mohammed

Richard Morris


Richard is the CEO of IWG UK. He joined in 2014 following his role as CEO of G4S’s UK & Ireland Division. IWG UK is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions offering a fast growing global network of 3,000 locations in 120 countries. Since joining, Richard has consistently delivered year on year growth for Regus’ UK division.

Shalini Khemka

Founder & CEO – E2E, Member of the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board, Deal Maker – UK Government

Shalini founded E2E in 2011. Her mission was to develop the largest and most active entrepreneurial community in the UK to enable extraordinary connections for entrepreneurs.

She was an Investment Director at LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyd’s Banking Group and held finance related roles at Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust, Natwest Bank and Coopers & Lybrand.
