We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated, self-motivated individual who will take on the role of Event Support intern.

E2E, creates extraordinary connections for Entrepreneurs with Entrepreneurs. Our connections consist of established entrepreneurs, sophisticated investors, world-class providers and experienced non-executive directors. We host a spectacular variety of events throughout the year, from breakfast seminars and pitching events to private dinners and grand cocktail receptions.

Main responsibilities

  • Acting as the main switchboard for all client bookings

  • Providing administrative support to the Events Department

  • Updating booking event orders and event contracts

  • Handling event bookings by phone and email, ensuring follow ups and chases are completed to maximise booking conversion

  • Creating speaker briefs

Skills, experience & attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Team working skills

  • Event coordination/ Event marketing experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels

  • High organisation skills with an eye for detail

  • Confidence, charisma and will to get the job done

  • A strong work ethic
